Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment, please contact us in time.
After the order is shipped, if the package interception fails, please ask for the return address from us after the package is signed for, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
No compensation will be given for rejected packages.

Once you place an order, we begin producing your items immediately—a dedicated manufacturer that customizes even single-item orders.Production takes 3-5 days.Shipping duration varies by distance: 5-10 days.Fastest: 8-10 days for delivery.Slowest: 10-15 days for delivery.If customs clearance delays extend shipping time, delivery may take 15-20 days. For significant customs delays, we will email you before shipment. If no response is received, we will issue a refund.
